One sport. Three ways to play.

Everybody gets in the game.

We adjust the pace, equipment and court—not the fun. Each session is designed around your residents, your room and your community’s goals.

01

Inclusive

Golden Seated

Chair-based rallies, coordination games and team challenges for residents who prefer or require seated play.

  • Shorter court setup
  • Lightweight paddles
  • Soft, slower-moving balls
02

Low impact

Golden Gentle

Comfortable-paced pickleball with simplified rules, plenty of breaks and an emphasis on confidence.

  • Balance-friendly play
  • Guided instruction
  • Social doubles format
03

Energizing

Golden Active

A more spirited session for independent residents ready for longer rallies, friendly matches and a little competition.

  • Skills and drills
  • Round-robin games
  • Seasonal tournaments

It feels like a game,
because it is.

Residents move, connect and laugh without another routine that feels clinical. That’s the sweet spot.

Good questions

Before we hit the court.

Don’t see your question? We’ll happily talk through your space and residents with you.

Do we need a full-size pickleball court?+

No. We adapt to multipurpose rooms, activity rooms, gyms and suitable outdoor areas using portable nets and flexible court markings.

Can residents play while seated?+

Absolutely. Golden Seated uses modified distances, lightweight equipment and slower balls so chair-based players can enjoy real rallies and team games.

Do you provide all the equipment?+

Yes. We arrive with portable nets, paddles, balls, markers and the materials needed to lead the session.

How long is a typical visit?+

Most programs run for 45–60 minutes, with setup and pack-up handled by our team. We can recommend the best format after learning about your group.

Is it only for experienced players?+

Not at all. The program is beginner-friendly and designed so residents can learn through play, with no pickleball experience required.
